Michael Tell was born in the United States in the 1940s – he is an American citizen. He became popular after marrying American actress Patty Duke and after the paternity test showed that he is the father of Patty’s son, Sean Astin.
Childhood and education
Michael was raised by his parents in the United States and went to high school where he became a rock music fan. Because he wasn’t good enough to become a singer, after graduation he started his career in a completely different field and didn’t go to university.
Career and privacy
Michael became a rock promoter shortly after graduating from high school, which he did before retiring in 2010. But he only came into the limelight after his marriage to American actress Patty Duke in 1970.
They first met in a restaurant when Michael asked him out on a date – they stayed together for two years before finally meeting on July 26th. June 1970 get married, apparently only so that their son, now called Sean Astin and pregnant with Patty, can carry Michael’s name. Amazingly, the marriage took 13 days to be annulled, and after the birth of Sean’s son, Patty declared that Sean’s father was actually Desi Amaz Jr., but that they married John Astin in 1972 – they divorced in 1985.
Michael ordered a paternity test that showed that he was actually Sean’s biological father. Before Michael, Patty was married to Harry Falk from 1965 to 1969, and after John Astin’s divorce in 1986, she married Michael Pierce, with whom she remained married until his death on June 29, 1969. March 2016, caused by septicaemia due to a bowel infarction. Michael is now the grandfather of three daughters, Elizabeth, Isabella and Alexandra Louise Astin.
Patty, whose maiden name was Anna Marie Patty Duke, was born on the 14th. Born in December 1946 in Manhattan, New York, USA – her native country was Sagittarius and she had American citizenship. She began her career at the age of 16 with the role of Hellen Keller in the 1962 film Miracle Worker, for which she won an Oscar as best supporting actress.
At the age of 17, she played Katie and Patty Lane, identical twins, in the Patty Duke Show, after which she switched to more serious roles and in 1967 introduced Neilie O’Hara to Doll Valley.
Patty won two Golden Globes and three Emmy Awards. From 1985 to 1988, she chaired Motion Picture Actors Guild for three years. She suffered from a depression and bipolar disorder diagnosed in 1982-she thought her mental condition was the reason she couldn’t sustain her relationship and marriage. She was a mother of three.

He enjoys the movies he started shooting after meeting Patty Duke – his favorite movies include One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Casablanca. In the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s he was a big fan of the rock scene, later on he enjoyed listening to jazz and blues. He liked to travel through the United States, especially because of his work as a rock promoter. Michael is a lover of animals and over the years he has developed several domestic dogs, all of which unfortunately died.
