Jesse spent her childhood on Long Island, where she was raised by her father Eddie and her mother Laurie Money, who was a model, producer and Hersel television star. Jesse has four brothers named Zachary, Joseph, Julian and Desmond – the last two are musicians and Zachary is a businessman.
When she was little, Jesse brought water to Daddy on stage while he sang, and at the end she came to the music. She studied at Westlake High School and started taking singing lessons in the younger class, while learning guitar and piano at the same time.

Edward Joseph Mahoney was born on the 21st. Born March 1949 in Brooklyn, New York, USA – his characteristic feature was the Aries and he had American citizenship. He was a professional singer, best known for his songs Baby Hold On, Two Tickets to Paradise and I Wanna Go Back.
Eddie was born to Irish Catholic parents – Daniel Patrick, a gift from the police, and Dorothy Elizabeth, a housewife.
He spent his first years on Long Island and started singing on the streets at the age of 11. He went to a couple of high schools and was expelled from one of them after falsifying his report. He was a member of several rock bands, mainly because it allowed him to meet cheerleaders, and eventually he became a member of Island Trees High School. He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather and followed in the footsteps of the New York police, but he resigned in 1968 and began his career as a musician – as he said in an interview – I didn’t see myself in a police uniform and with short hair for 20 years of my life.

That same year he moved to Berkeley, California, where he started using Eddie Money as his professional name and did strange work for a living, such as selling flared trousers.
He started playing in clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, signed a contract with Columbia Records and released his first album in 1977. In 1978 he sang for Santana at the Boston Music Hall and in the years that followed he participated in various television shows such as The Midnight Special and Solid Gold.
In 1983 he released Where’s the Party?, an album that wasn’t very successful, but his 1986 album Can’t Hold Back was a hit and became platinum. His album Nothing to Lose was released in 1988 and included Walk on Water and The Love in Your Eyes. In 2008 he was admitted to the Long Island Music Hall of Fame.
Eddie was also a bit of an actor and played a small part in the 1997 documentary Wonderland, which appeared in an episode of the Drew Cary Show in 1999, and in an episode of the television series King Queens in May 2002.
In October 2011, he began the television show Money in the morning, and in 2018 he was given a small role in the series Method Komiński.
In 1984 he married Margot Lee Walker, 11 years old, but her marriage was short-lived and in 1989 he married Jesse’s mother Lori Harris. They renewed their marriage vows just three months before Eddie’s death on the 13th. September 2019 in Los Angeles hospital for cancer complications.
